Guests

This page is dedicated to information for and about our guests.

A big "thank you!" goes out to all those who traveled long distances to be a part of our special day. We hope that you all had a wonderful stay in Redmond and enjoyed your time here, as well as the special time spent with family and friends - the real reason you came. We know that you all had to make special considerations in order to be here, particularly because we chose to hold our wedding on a Monday. We cannot thank you enough for your willingness to accommodate our crazy plan! Unusual as it was, it meant a lot to us, and made our special day even more special.

Our honored guests will remain listed below for posterity's sake. If you wish to stay in touch with those that you met, please let us know and we will be glad to add your email address here so that other guests/family members may contact you. If you do not want to post your information on the website, we can also relay it by word of mouth instead. Just let us know!

Thanks also go to John's grandmother, Mrs. Mary Walker Ellis, for hosting our wonderful brunch at the Brown Bag Cafe! The food, as always, was excellent, and the only complaint heard by anyone was from Amy's family because they had to leave early to make it back to the apartment in time for hair and makeup styling. We hope that everyone enjoyed themselves and that you all had more than enough to eat, whatever dish tickled your fancy! Thanks also to the Brown Bag Cafe for being able to accommodate our large party and dealing well with the fact that we had several people needing to eat and run. In the future you can bet that we'll take all the time we want to!

For those of you wanting to order pictures from the wedding ceremony and reception, Victoria (our photographer) will make them available for purchase directly from her website. We will let you know here as soon as we know when these will be ready! In the meantime, you can visit her blog to view the wonderful slideshow she made as a kind of "teaser" for those that are waiting to see results! We couldn't be more pleased, and we can't wait to see what else was captured during our special day.
